A foam fire extinguisher is suitable for both category A (solids) and B (liquids) fires. Do I choose a fire extinguisher with permanent pressure or internal cartridge?
The Advanced Foam 9l FLUOR-free ECO/BIO foam fire extinguisher is of the "internal pressure cartridge" type. A fire extinguisher with an internal pressure cartridge is not pre-pressurised. The fire extinguisher cartridge therefore initially contains only the extinguishing agent. You activate a fire extinguisher with internal cartridge by pressing a percussion button.
